About the Game

Game Features

The CDF Ghostship game is an Indie first person shooter survival horror game for PC and Mac, I also aim to deliver this game on the new xbox and playstation platforms If i can get enough support and funding. The player will have the option to play the game in 1st person or third person views. The game is single player and I hope to provide a multi player survival mode on the games Official release.

You play the part of a star fighter pilot (Zak Thomas) who has been on a 3 day patrol mission and are returning to your mothership the CDF Goliath. You must find out what has happened and try to escape the ship and head for the nearby space station or colony base on the Planet Icarus3.

Without giving too much away you must find one of several escape routes to evacuate the ship, there will be a number of different aliens you will encounter along the way as well as zombie crew members. There are plenty of weapons and ammo at your disposal to deal with the nasties but it will not be easy. There are a variety of futuristic weapons at your disposal and unlike most first person shooters of today you can carry more than 2 weapons! So long as you have picked it up and have ammo for it you can switch to any weapon at any time. As the CDF Goliath is a military ship with a marine attachment you can expect to find a variety of laser and plasma weaponry, such as pistols, rifles, shotguns, mini guns, flamethrowers etc not to mention melee weapons.

The CDF Goliath is a huge war ship. You have the opportunity to explore the entire ship which is comprised of 3 main sections Personnel, Engineering and operations.  In between engineering and operations is huge cargo hold.  Each section of the ship is linked via the Main Access Corridors and each section is comprised of decks. But don't spend too much time looking at the scenery or you will never see what might be sneaking up on you!
